CBS SYMS III Sealer – Advanced Automation for Cryopreservation

The CBS SYMS III Sealer & Spares system is a highly reliable, automated solution for sealing CBS High Security Tubes and straws. Specifically engineered to meet the rigorous demands of cryopreservation, this system includes the CBS SYMS III sealer and a dedicated CBS Sealing Jaws set, guaranteeing optimal sealing performance and sample integrity.

The CBS SYMS III Sealer is designed for heat sealing CBS High Security 0.3 mL, 0.5 mL, and vitrification straws, as well as CBS High Security tubes. It features a multilingual interface (French, English, Spanish, Chinese, plus 4 additional optional languages) and a colour touch screen that is compatible with laboratory gloves for ease of use. The machine cycle display shows pre-heating, ready status, and sealing progress. Two sealing modes are available: automatic detection or operator-controlled via the touch screen. Additionally, the system includes a fault signal system with messages and alarms for user safety, a maintenance tracking display, and is easy to clean and service, designed to integrate seamlessly into any laboratory environment.

CBS SYMS I Sealer – Manual Solution for Reliable Sealing

For manual operation, the CBS SYMS I Sealer & Spares system provides a trusted alternative. Developed by Cryo Bio System, this device is designed for sealing CBS High Security Straws and HSV High Security Vitrification Kits made of ionomeric resin. The sealer connects directly to the mains and can be operated via a push-button or foot switch, offering flexibility based on user preference. The CBS SYMS I Sealer system includes a comprehensive spare kit to ensure ongoing, uninterrupted sealing performance.

This manual sealer is ideal for sealing CBS High Security Straws and HSV High Security Vitrification Kits, which are essential for maintaining the integrity of biological samples during cryopreservation. The system is particularly well-suited for embryo and sperm straw sealing and vitrification applications.
